About ABN Polyplast LLP

ABN Polyplast LLP was established in 1998 in Mumbai and was engrossed in manufacturing, trading and import of plastic granules, supplying it among leading companies. Our company, occupying over 3 acres, is located in Dahisar Mori, Navi Mumbai. We hold a specialized position among recycling companies, mainly focusing on plastic treatment from post-consumer and post-industrial waste. We follow the ideology of 3Rs, viz, REDUCE, REUSE and RECYCLE. We strongly believe that our future depends on Recycling to maintain our ecological balance. We are proud to be emerged as one of the leading manufacturers in the recycling industry as we offer eco-friendly plastic solutions with the perception of producing high quality granules to most of the leading plastic industries

We Provide

Through the latest modern production techniques such as grinders, washing and pelletizing, we are obliged to provide highest quality of recycled materials to our clients. As we follow the ideology of "our future depends on recycling", we recycle as much of waste as possible that we procure. In fact we also recycle the water we use in our washing plants and re-use it. We follow and commit to our clients' standard of quality. We have In-House laboratory and trained professionals who work continuously for 24 hours for quality control and sustain the quality standards. ABN Polyplast firmly believes that its responsible actions today will surely affect the upcoming generations step by step.

Quality Control

Our laboratory is the core of ABN Polyplast LLP. All credit goes to its advanced technology and skillfull technicians. It assures a constant quality control of production cycles and the compounds, throughout the processing till the shipment dispatch. A subtle and fine selection of raw material and precise blending prior to extrusion are the mantra of ABN Polyplast LLP to ensure quality focused supply to our clients with high performing compounds.

Production

Our production cycle constitues of 6 fundamental stages:

Assembling of the waste coming to our factory

The waste received is tested in our laboratory

After the testing, the waste material is blended into a mixture

Extrusion of granules

After that, granules are tested for quality control as per the quality criteria given by our clients

Packaging and Dispatch

Re-analyzing our dedication towards sustainability of environment and best product delivery, ABN Polyplast LLP follows a rigid policy at its production techniques, starting from manufacturing to packaging and delivery. After being processed in our modern machinery, the samples of our finished granules are tested by our quality experts to find out any disparity in the standard of plastic granules. Researcher & Development

To take our quality initiatives, a step ahead to provide our client better products, we have an in-house well facilitated laboratory manned by experienced analysts and scientists to improve quality of raw materials as well as come up with better plastic granules and recyclable plastic solutions. Not just the end products entire activities of production starting from the stages of selection of scrap for granules manufacturing is being tested at our quality labs till the final delivery of packaged products.
